I founded Joly Solutions to provide independent, technically grounded advisory support where energy, infrastructure and operational decisions overlap and carry real consequences for reliability, governance and long term performance.
My career has taken me through production floors, laboratories, data centres, campuses, public facilities, food and agricultural operations and executive environments. That experience has shaped how I approach technical problems. Engineering decisions rarely affect one system or one department, and good solutions need to reflect how the organization actually operates.
Today, I work with owners, operators and partners in complex and regulated environments on questions involving resilience, energy, infrastructure, utilities, capital planning and production risk. The work may begin with an early technical question, an operating concern, an aging asset or a project already in delivery.
My involvement can continue through scope definition, design review, contract administration, commissioning and handover. This helps keep the original intent visible, consultants and contractors aligned with owner requirements and project decisions connected to operating needs.
Joly Solutions operates as an independent, vendor neutral advisory practice. I bring in specialist partners when the work requires additional expertise while maintaining continuity across the assignment and clear accountability to the client.

Professional Engineer registered with Professional Engineers Ontario (PEO) and the Association of Professional Engineers and Geoscientists of Alberta (APEGA).
B.Sc. in Biological Engineering, University of Guelph.
Professional certifications include Certified Energy Manager, Certified Measurement and Verification Professional, Existing Building Commissioning Professional, Certified Demand Side Manager, and Certified Energy Auditor.
